Reimagine a digital D2C customer experience for a new audience
I led the design of the 3 year vision of the B2B platform for the creative agency holding company.
CHALLENGE
The traditional advertising industry is facing rising challenges —more ROI driven clients, more government regulations, and higher expectation of customer experience. A leading advertising agency wanted to partner with Salesforce, to create a set of AI powered digital tools for the marketing executive, to make better data driven decisions.

OUTCOME
Over the six-month engagement, we defined and articulated a compelling AI-driven future vision for the organization. We aligned senior leadership around this direction, socialized the concepts with key stakeholders, and established a clear roadmap to bring the initiative to life over the next three years.
CONCEPT SKETCH
After stakeholders interviews and the team brainstorm work session, I sketched out 6 distinct concepts that covers distinct opportunity areas. I used those as research stimulus during our marketing expert interviews, and had very productive conversations.
I wanted to use rough sketches so we can still have meaningful conversation about the ideas, without getting caught up on details.
CONCEPTS DEVELOPMENT
Working closely with the executive sponsor, I continue to push the concepts forward, adding more details. worked with our Strategist and Researcher, to make sure they are in line with solving our client’s business challenges. I also collaborated closely with the Solution Engineer to test out the technical feasibility.
